Your garden is like a blank canvas, full of potential and waiting to be transformed into a unique garden space that tells your story. We approach the design by providing two unique landscape design options that allow you to see the potential of your garden space in two differing views.
We can either work to refine one option or, if you prefer, combine elements of both to ensure the best design option is tailored around you.
Unique Garden Space
Our initial garden design meeting is free and without any obligation. It provides the opportunity to learn more about our approach and to understand more about your home, lifestyle, and garden.
We take the time to understand what is important to you and create a landscape that brings relaxation, entertainment, and luxurious outdoor living to you, your family, and your friends.
Initial Garden Design Meeting
We arrange a free one-to-one design consultation. This allows us to understand your garden and goals and discuss form and function, your needs, and what you would like to experience from your garden. The initial meeting takes around an hour.
1 - Design Consultation
Following our design consultation, we will send you a comprehensive design proposal. This proposal will include a mood board featuring lifestyle images, an outline of the design process, and an overview of our design fees. Our goal is to send the proposal within a week of our meeting.
2 - Design Proposals
When you are ready to proceed with the design, we will arrange a secondary meeting to thoroughly discuss your priorities, needs, and the garden decorations you want to include. We will also talk about your desired budgets and project phasing. The meeting can take up to two hours.
3 - Secondary Meeting
We will conduct a thorough survey of your garden, including the existing plants and trees you wish to keep, their root zones, heights, current lighting, surface areas, drainage points, and the rear building outline, noting window and door positions. Additionally, we will assess the morning, afternoon, and evening light in your garden and any areas that neighbours might overlook.
4 - Garden Survey
We will create two unique 2D draft design options to showcase the potential of the garden space. We will also provide initial material suggestions and lifestyle images. Once you choose your preferred option, we will refine and adjust the design to meet your desired design. You will have up to three opportunities for redrafting.
5 - Draft Design
We will present the final 2D design with detailed annotations, including mood boards featuring essential materials, features, planters, and garden styling. We can also include a 2D lighting design plan upon request. Additionally, we will provide 3D Garden Design Concepts in 4K resolution and an immersive garden design video in stunning 4K quality, showcasing how the garden will look once completed and matured.
